Bafcon Advisors (“Bafcon”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a Canadian strategic advisory firm. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information you provide through bafconadvisors.com.

We only collect personal information that you choose to provide when you submit our contact form. This includes:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Company name (optional)
• Industry (optional)
• The message you send us
• Technical metadata associated with the submission (IP address and timestamp), used only to detect abuse

We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or non-essential cookies on this site.

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your inquiry and to follow up on a potential engagement. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for marketing outside the scope of your inquiry.

We collect and use your information based on the consent you provide by submitting the contact form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at privacy@bafconadvisors.com.

We use Resend to deliver contact form submissions to our team by email. Resend is based in the United States, which means your form submission is transmitted to and processed in the U.S. and may be subject to U.S. law. We rely on Resend's contractual safeguards to protect your information in transit and at rest.

We retain inquiry correspondence for up to 24 months from the date of last contact, after which it is deleted. If you'd like your information removed sooner, contact us and we'll honour the request.

All form submissions are transmitted over TLS. Access to inquiry correspondence is limited to Bafcon team members on a need-to-know basis. We do not store form submissions in a dedicated database — they live only as email correspondence.

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Withdraw your consent to our use of your information
• File a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected here.
